Scope and Content Note

The Open Society Institute Fellowship and Sojourner Douglass College Class Files series (2001-2005) consists of materials related to Robinson's work as an OSI fellow including the class which she taught in 2004-2005 at Sojourner Douglass College titled "History and Vision of Social Justice Organizing." Materials include class preparation, class activities and worksheets, and feedback regarding the course. As an OSI fellow, Robinson's work focused on community organizing outreach, education, and training. Other materials include grant documentation and community organizing workshop materials. Materials are mainly textual. Other formats include digital media such as CD-ROMS and 3.5 inch floppy discs. Series is arranged chronologically.

Collection is open for research. Two SMEAC folders labelled “Restricted” are closed to the public until 2040, except with written permission of the donor. Restricted files are indicated in the collection inventory in series three.
