Scope and Content Note
The Administration sub-series (circa 1921-2013) contains organizational files related to the Baltimore City League's functions and administration. Topics and files include copies of and revisions to the League constitution, bylaws and updates, and handbooks, policies; units and general meetings; coalitions; conventions and council meetings; public relations and publicity; public news releases and news clippings; and League office files related to space, personnel, office procedures and policies; and events and celebrations such as anniversaries, picnics, and league luncheons. Materials in this sub-series may overlap with materials or topics in other series in the collection.
