Neighborhoods Moving Up - JHU Institute For Policy Studies, 2000
Content Description
The collection contains reports and urban planning documents from the 1962 through 2018, mostly produced by Josef Nathanson. The Baltimore Metropolitan Area is the focus of these reports; however, case studies of other locations in Maryland and the United States are also represented in Nathanson's urban planning and economic development portfolio. Of particular note in the Baltimore material are records of the Community Economic Development Program, the first demonstration area in the country of this type during the Carter Administration in the 1970s.
