Historical Note

The Woodbridge Valley Improvement & Civic Association (WVICA) area consists of homes built in the 1970s as a part of the Woodbridge Valley - Woodbridge Valley North development, as well as homes on streets adjacent to the development. Woodbridge Valley is a located off Route 70, in the Catonsville area of Baltimore County.

The non-profit organization was estabilished to represent homeowners and residents within the neighborhood and serves the community by promoting the safety and welfare of it's residents. WVICA aims to build community, preserve the neighborhood, and provide services to residents, according to their website.
