Also included is a very rare original 1944 copy of Robert Moses's October 1944 "Baltimore Arterial Report" which formed the first basis for an East-West Expressway through our city.

Biographical / Historical
Art Cohen is a significant local leader in housing and transportation activism that centered people and public health in the second half of the 20th century in Baltimore. He served as the second President of the Movement Against Destruction and the director of the Citizens Planning and Housing Association during a formative period in the late 1960s/early 1970s.
