Historical Note
The Community Economic Development Program (CEDP) was a planning agency commissioned by the Mayor of Baltimore through his Office of the Physical Development Coordinator.
Josef Nathanson was the Technical Director for Baltimore City's Community Economic Development Program and assistant to the Baltimore Mayor's Physical Development Coordinator from 1976 until 1979. In the Community Econimic Development Program, Nathanson's work included included economic and business development projects and planning in the city. Mr. Nathanson is also the president and founder of Urban Information Associates, Inc., an organization that provides economic development consulting services.
