Historical Note

John A. Donaho and Associates was a consulting firm primarily for state, local, and international governments. John A. Donaho (b. 1918 - d. 2006), who owned and operated the business was also former Maryland state insurance commissioner. Throughout his career, Donaho served in the Roosevelt and Truman administrations, worked as a city manager and budget director in Richmond, Virginia, and worked with Maryland governors and mayors including Theodore R. McKeldin and William Donald Schaefer. John A. Donaho and Associates was located in Baltimore County, Maryland. In addition to providing consulting services for local and state governments, Donaho provided consulting for international governments.
