Scope and Contents
The collection consists of an image library of over 125,000 photographs, slides, videos, and audio tapes that document Maryland's economic development.

These images may be used for audio visual viewing only -- not for print, internet, or any other medium. For all other uses, please contact the photographer. The three primary photographers whose work is represented in the collection are Rick Lippenholz, Greg Pease, and Dave Harp. Copyrights are held by the photographers.
The Maryland Communications Center, Inc. dissolved as a corporation on September 30, 2000. At that time, the corporation contacted the University to donate its multimedia library, which documented the accomplishments of the Greater Baltimore Committee (and its predecessor, the Economic Development Council), the Maryland Economic Growth Associates, the Maryland Awards for Economic Excellence, Maryland's National Executive Forums, the Mayor's Office during the Schaefer and Schmoke Administrations, and numerous sales and marketing presentations to CSX, Westinghouse, NAACP, Catholic Charities, and the National Football League.
