Scope and Content Note From the Series: The Audiovisual Materials series contains reels of film created by Hugel relating to his time as a news reporter in Baltimore, Baltimore in 1968, political campaigns, and University of Baltimore including his classes. The series also contains DVDs and VHS Tapes containing interviews with Hugel discussing his military experience and providing oral histories.
