Collection is organized into 19 series. Series 2 has two sub-series. Series 11 has 6 sub-series. Series 13 has 4 sub-series. These series only define the organization of the boxed material on shelf, not the material on pallets.
7.917 Linear feet of collection material is in boxes on shelf. In addition, there are 7 pallets of material in LC Basement Room 3 and additional sculptures, artifacts and prints on pallets and pedestals in LC Basement Room 18.
Condition of material varies widely. A large portion of the framed two-dimensional work was stored on permanent display on the fourth floor of Langsdale Library and was exposed to high light levels (circa 2006-2013). Many works are on loan to administrative offices or university buildings across campus. These works also subject to high light levels and wear associated with long-term display.
