Bolton Hill Community Association Records
The collection documents the activities of the Mount Royal Improvement Association from 1928 to 2005, and the Bolton Hill Community Association from 2018 to 2021. The collection includes meeting minutes, correspondence, strategic plans, newsletters, membership lists, financial records, flyers, legal briefs, newspaper clippings, maps, blueprints, and a scrapbook in addition to subject files.
Community Association of Sudbrook Park Records
The collection includes copies of early Olmsted planning documents and early photographs of the community. The bulk of the collection consists of organizational records of the community association. Materials include newsletters, meeting books, membership directories, scrapbooks, newspaper articles, reports, association correspondence, maps, and presentation boards for various community projects.

The Ednor Gardens-Lakeside Civic Association serves two adjacent neighborhoods in Baltimore City. Urban Renewal Files
The Urban Renewal Files collection contains 2 boxes that include correspondence, speeches, articles, newspaper clippings, community flyers and pamphlets, community organizing materials, and legislation related to the issue of urban renewal at the municipal, state, and national levels between 1960 and 1970. Urban renewal efforts and neighborhood preservation initiatives were prominant community concerns in Baltimore City throughout this time period.
Waterfront Coalition Records
The Waterfront Coalition was a citizens community group that formed in 1987 and monitored waterfront development in Baltimore City and its effect on Baltimore neighborhoods, communities, and businesses. It represented the interests of homeowners and businesses in Fells Point, Canton, Butchers Hill, and other neighborhoods. This collection contains materials documenting the activities and interests of the Coalition throughout the late 1980s until it dissolved in approximately 2015.
