Crisis Pregnancy Centers Initiatives, 1992-2015

The Crisis Pregnancy Centers Initiatives series is organized into four subseries. The General Files subseries contains Crisis Pregnancy Center (CPC) factsheets, brochures, correspondence, collected materials and research, advertisements, and ephemera. This subseries also contains a book collected by NARAL, titled "Life Stories" by D.C. Reardon, published in 1992, which is housed at the end of the NARAL collection in Box 8. The Legislation subseries contains materials related to CPC litigation, investigation reports, and legislation. The Investigations Documents subseries contains investigation documentation from NARAL binders including investigators’ reports, CPC advertising, and CPC ephemera. The subseries contains the documentation from two NARAL investigations of Crisis Pregnancy Centers in Maryland. The subseries also contains the final reports from the 2002 and 2008 CPC investigations. The subseries is arranged chronologically and by Maryland county. The Investigation Surveys and Data subseries contains additional information about specific Crisis Pregnancy Centers within Maryland counties and cities such as surveys and collected data used in the NARAL investigations of CPCs. This subseries is also arranged chronologically and by Maryland county or location.
