Processing Information

The materials in the 2020 Additions series were processed in 2022 by Laura Bell. Arrangement and description was completed using the file organization and file groupings identified and provided by the donor. Processing included folder inventory and rehousing for the folders that had deteriorated. Materials grouped with rubber bands or in binders were also foldered. The original folders for most records were retained unless replacement was required. The groupings of correspondence were combined into a subseries. Folders in the correspondence subseries are labeled according to the issue or related name or by the year. Some items from the correspondence subseries were identified as administrative files and moved to that subseries. The covenant renewal files and meeting minutes files were re-foldered from deteriorating binders. The financial records include materials originally grouped by rubber bands and other means which were foldered for access.
