A worn white tee shirt “Celebrating Sally” - “Baltimore’s Best Solicitor” over a picture of Sally Michel, an extremely supportive civic leader of Mayor Schaefer and the convener of a group of influential women who initiated many civic, social and educational and economic endeavors during his tenure and into Mayor Schmoke’s term of office.
