Physical Description

A souvenir, enclosed in the original protective covering, of the Dedication Ceremony of the renovated Baltimore City Public Schools Administration Building on North Avenue on May 24, 1988. The Office of Social and Psychological Services, of which the SSW Service was a part, had moved into the lower level of that building prior to the actual ceremony.
