Southeast Development, Inc. Records
The Southeast Development, Inc. Records document the work of Souteast Development, Inc. between 1974 and 2013. The organization is a residential and commercial property development company founded in 1975 as an outgrowth of the Southeast Community Organization. Materials in this collection include records related to properties and projects in Southeast Baltimore, work plans, budgets, reports and studies, and SDI organization history documentation.

Station North Oral History Collection
Stone Hill in Hampden Collection
The Stone Hill in Hampden Collection contains 47 audio interviews conducted with long-time residents of Hampden in Baltimore, Maryland who reside in the stone houses known as Stone Hill. Interviews were conducted by Guy Hollyday between 1986 and 1993. The collection includes audio cassette tapes and text excerpts of the interviews created and used by Mr. Hollyday for his book, 'Stone Hill: The People and Their Stories.' Collection also includes digitized copies of materials.
Ten Hills Collection
Tenants Union Group Records
The Tenants Union Group Records collection documents the south Baltimore citizens' community group that protested unwarranted evictions and advocated for renters' needs and landlord repairs to properties. Materials include organizational records and meeting minutes, posters, a scrapbook, vacant house surveys, correspondence, rent control literature, and complaint sheets. Photographs and negatives are also present in the collection.
Thomas H. Ward Papers
The collection documents the life and career of Thomas H. Ward, a former Baltimore Circuit Court judge, Baltimore City Councilman, president of Mount Royal Democratic Club, and founder of the Society for the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fells point. The collection includes materials related Urban Renewal in Baltimore and Ward's opposition to the proposed East-West Expressway in the 1960s.
